ON BOARD SOLUTION FOR MIST COLLECTION AND COOLANT FILTRATION

One of our clients based in Northern Europe was building a new factory in which a series of FANUC machine tools, all of them same model, should be served either by coolant filtering equipment and oil mist collectors.

A centralized system would have seemed the ad hoc solution in the first instance, as such we were asked to evaluate it. Micronfilter USA™ however, analyzing together with the customer the possible evolution of the future lay-out, both in quantity and placement of machine tools, has precisely demonstrated the economic benefits that would be obtained by taking stand alone solutions.
